Tacoma Park Place, the premier unique reception venue in South Dakota is perfect for all your wedding, anniversary celebration, family reunion or corporate retreat.

CHARGE FOR FACILITY:  One Day Only $1800.00
Friday & Saturday:  $2000.000
Friday, Saturday & Sunday:  $2200.00

4% tax on facility
5.5% tax on lodging

3-DAY LODGING BONUS:

We will add all room (lodging) into the $2200.00 package for an additional $1000.00.  (Rooms can be occupied for a two-night stay)  This is a $1000.00 savings.  Additional nights will be charged at a fee of 1/2 the normal room rental.  Wedding party would be responsible for renting out the rooms at their own rate.  Wedding party would be responsible for the additional bonus.  Total cost  plus $3200.00 plus 5.5% tax.

50% deposit to be paid to book date.  The fee for renting the facility does not include set up or take down.  It is for renting the facility, not the staff.

Chairs and tables provided by Tacoma Park Place.  We are not responsible however for setting them up or taking them down. 

If you choose to have our staff arrange tables and chairs, a fee of $15.00 per person to set up and take down will be charged per hour needed. 

Date is guaranteed when deposit has been paid.  Balance is due upon arrival of scheduled event.

Rooms not included in facility charge 5.5% tax added on room charge.
